We provide purpose-driven organizations with the insights they need to understand their environment and their customers better... and, in turn, design more impactful programs.

Since 2022, we have worked across public health, the environment, pharmaceutical markets, and water and sanitation, in more than a dozen countries across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. We work at every level of the system: harnessing market dynamics, changing behaviors, resolving the conflicts that arise between different system actors, and evaluating what actually works. Whatever the question, we can collect and analyze the data needed to answer it — and turn that evidence into programs that resonate with the people you serve.

Founder and Managing Director

Olivier Letouzé

A marketer and social anthropologist by training, Olivier began his career as a qualitative researcher advising major consumer brands before moving into international development more than 20 years ago. He has led large-scale public health programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America — work that has generated over 300,000 new users of contraception, delivered 5.5 million insecticide-treated nets in Madagascar, and contributed to winning more than $70 million in Global Fund financing. Before founding TA4ID consulting in January 2022, he held senior roles with PSI and the Global Fund in Washington, Geneva, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Mexico City, and Antananarivo.

From his beautiful homeland of Madagascar, Sitraka brings considerable research, monitoring & evaluation and data use for decision-making experience. He specializes in quantitative data collection and analysis and has led numerous large-scale surveys.
